From the very first contact you make with our office staff, we want you to feel like your dream is not far out of reach. During your very first phone call, we already have begun to introduce you to our systems. Our friendly office staff is here to work with you to make sure that we understand what your goals are as well as your budget. You will be asked a few short questions that will have a lasting impact over the course of your design. We will work with you to schedule an initial consultation here at our office where you will meet with our sales team and begin the process of building an overall cost of your project. Our team will speak openly and honestly with you and offer you a realistic expectation based on the current market.

During your initial meeting with our sales team, you will again be asked a series of questions. The answers to these questions will aid us in the future determination of your wants and desires. These questions will also help our sales team build a preliminary and realistic budget for your
project.

The next step in the process of building your dream home starts with our full service design and customization options. You will collaborate with our home designer to draw out the floor plan of your dreams. This will ensure that your home not only meets your space requirements, but also your expectations in every single way. Our custom home designer will offer you economical design solutions that are customized to suit your needs while also saving you money. Even if you already have your house plans in hand, we can still collaborate with you to explore cost saving options while still maintaining our commitment to bring your vision to life while maintaining the quality we demand. Our team works very hard to ensure that every detail meets your expectations for your dream home, in a budget-friendly manner, to save you time, money and headaches.

Once your plans have been finalized, or if you have your pre-made approved plans already in hand, you will begin our process of marking up your plans for the design and construction systems that follow. You will once again meet with our sales team where we will utilize the notes from your initial calls and meetings to make notes on the plans that our contractors and vendors will use to provide estimates on your project. This will be a very detailed meeting where every one of your decisions will be verbally confirmed and will be notated on your floor plan. This will be the time that we ensure that all of your wishes are documented, in a thoroughly detailed step by step manner, to be sure that your vision is realized. It is yet another step in our fully transparent system to help you reach your end goal. With all of your details documented and the floor plan marked up and finalized, our estimating team will begin the process of contacting all of our vendors and subcontractors and distribute the details to them to generate hard quotes for the critical items of your custom build. Our team strives to work quickly and efficiently through this process, keeping in mind that your time is very valuable. Once these tasks are completed and all estimates have been submitted, they are compiled to generate the critical budgets of your custom home building project. You will meet with our sales team again to review this final total and we will present you with our contract. With our knowledge and expertise it is our goal that the total cost matches the estimated costs that were discussed during the previous meetings. Our honest and transparent process means that you should never be surprised by any figures that are discussed at this meeting. Once our contract with you has been executed, and your home financing has been secured, you will then start the process of finalizing all of the details of your new home with our interior designer.

Our interior design process is equally as detailed. Our interior designer will accompany you to many different vendors all the while educating you on the latest trends while working toward creating a home that reflects your style. You will have the opportunity to select every single item and detail that will be used inside and outside of your custom home. Our interior designer has many years of experience in not only new construction, but is also an expert in the remodel industry and is always on the cutting edge of innovation and creating the home that you have always envisioned. Once this process is completed, a book of all of your selections is created and reviewed with you during one final meeting with the interior designer and our sales team as well as the superintendent that is in charge of the management of your project. Any other details can be noted or revised at this time.

With all of the critical decisions about interior and exterior finishes, trim packages, paint colors, lighting and plumbing fixtures already being made and documented before construction begins. Your home can be built in a production style manner. This means that every contractor will already know what their responsibilities are and a full schedule for all trades can be generated. You will be able to sit back, without a worry, knowing that your dream will unfold right before your eyes. Our team of superintendents will communicate with you periodically to update you on progress or to alert you of any possible hiccups that they may forsee. With our team’s extensive training on our production style home building systems, there are rarely any hurdles that can not be appropriately resolved in a timely manner. When your home nears completion, you will be contacted to schedule a walk through with your superintendent or one our management staff members. Our goal is to identify anything that could leave you unsatisfied before you close on your new home. Once you have closed on your new home, you are afforded a one year builders warranty on anything deemed to be defective. We always approach any warranty issues head on and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
